Experience
Mr. Peterson is a graduate of the University of
Minnesota School of Law. He focuses his practice on
defending health care providers, as well as product
liability. He is a member of the American College of
Trial Lawyers. Mr. Peterson has extensive trial
experience in courts throughout the state and in the
United States District Court for Alaska. He has handled
complex appeals in both federal and state courts. Mr.
Peterson has lectured on litigation issues, including
case management, evaluation of threshold issues, tort
law in Alaska, and legal responsibilities of health care
providers. Mr. Peterson holds an AV Rating by
Martindale-Hubbell.
